Commercial Constuction
The commercial and educational division of B.J.Babb Limited is essentially run as a separate division to the residential construction operation, mainly because of the differing needs of the two sectors. It is still managed and administered from our head office in Hartfield.
B.J.Babb Limited specialises in the total project management from start to finish. We are very often involved in projects as early as feasibility studies and will oversee the whole project through all stages of architectural, planning, structural, decoration, all within strict pre agreed time and budget schedules. We will often even arrange carpeting and furnishing.
We are highly proficient in the construction of many commercial structures from multi floor brick built office blocks to steel framed fabrication for factory and warehouse use. As well as the outer shell construction we also specialise in the fitting of all internal services including partitioning, suspended ceilings, and full office refurbishment and decoration.
